Relax in our recently restored Cornish cottage situated close to the head of Polwheveral Creek. Trenant offers classic country-cottage self catering holiday accommodation in a glorious setting.

Stroll down to the creek and take a canoe for a paddle (bring your own) or simply watch the swans, spot the fish jumping and take time to absorb the magical atmosphere.  Sit in the garden and soak up the views from the terrace, wander through the beautiful Cornish countryside or explore the creeks, coves, villages and beaches. In winter, curl up by the woodburning stove with a book or DVD from our library or cook a warming stew on the Aga.

The woodlands surrounding the creek provide fabulous walks, whilst just half a mile away the renowned Trengilly Wartha Inn offers award winning food and welcomes children and dogs.

The village of Constantine a short distance away offers shops, pub and post office, whilst Falmouth and the delightful Cornish coast are a few minute's drive.  Trenant is perfectly placed for visiting the great gardens of Cornwall, including Trebah, Glendurgan, Trengwainton, Trelissick, Trevano, Penjerrick, Bonython and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.  In addition, Penzance, St Ives, Truro, Land's End and the Lizard all are within easy reach.

     Trenant provides spacious accommodation for 6 people (+ baby).  The accommodation includes: large sitting/dining room with natural slate floor, oak staircase and fireplace with woodburning stove, kitchen/breakfast room, also with slate floor, utility room, second sitting room, double bedroom with 5' bed and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. two twin bedrooms, two further bathrooms, one with shower over bath.

 

The cottage comes fully equipped and includes: oil fired central heating, fireplace with woodburner (winter only), twin over cooker, Aga (winter only), microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, flatscreen digital TV, DVD player, music system, free wireless internet, telephone (honesty box), games, books and DVDs.

Outside is an attractive lawned garden, and terrace with garden furniture.  Off-road parking for two cars.
